tim's been back working from home for over a year now, since we closed the gallery,
and one of the routines we've developed is to sit down together for a nice lunch- if not every day, then at least a few times a week.
that's one of the routines that went out the window these past few weeks of "vacation". ahem.
today is our first day back in the old swing of things, and i made lunch and waited for tim to come back from a morning meeting at a client's office. and waited.
finally, i gave up and dug in.
and that's just about when he walked through the door.

so glad to be back in the old swing of things. (even though these dark school mornings are going to be rough on us all, for a while.)
